We believe the best AI products are not the ones that simply add AI to existing software. They are products where intelligence changes what is possible, making everyday experiences simpler, more useful, and a little more delightful.
We design and build with AI at the core from day one, bringing together product thinking, design, technology, and a lot of curiosity. We care about the details, but always in service of the person using the product.

Product design
Lead by design means the problem is clear before a line of code is written. The people who shape the product also ship it, so the system and the interface stay in the same hands.
Engineering
Type safe TypeScript from the browser to the server. One language means one mental model. We pick tools we can still reason about at two in the morning because we are the ones who get paged.
Ship and operate
Continuous delivery, a staging environment that mirrors production, and smoke tests that catch a bad release before anyone else does. We run what we ship.
